Pastoral Support

Pastoral Care & Support

Worcestershire LMC has set up a comprehensive pastoral care team with many years’ experience of defence bodies, NHSE and GMC procedures and is able to provide personal and confidential support for individual GPs in difficulty or experiencing major change.

You might be struggling with internal strife in a partnership, with burnout, or your personal clinical workload may threaten to become unmanageable. These and many other common scenarios are the subject-matter of the Worcestershire Safe House (WSH) which provides information and resources for commonly experienced difficulties, plus the opportunity to seek confidential advice from an Advocate.

We cannot stress enough how important it is for colleagues to contact our pastoral team for help as early as possible when difficulties arise so that as much support as possible can be provided.

In the first instance contact us in confidence at our dedicated email support@worcslmc.co.uk.
